Michael is an esteemed professional with a distinguished academic background, holding a Ph.D. in experimental psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He boasts an impressive academic profile with minors in statistics, market research, information processing, and clinical psychology. He assumed his new CSCOE responsibilities on April 29, 2024.
