We pursue
longer-term relationships with best-in-class partners and consider multi-year, capital investments where appropriate.
We commit to providing financial support to smaller grass-roots organizations. They fill important roles in the community and can show promise for impact.
We understand the needs of not-for-profit organizations to seek general operating support and conduct capital campaigns. We consider this kind of support to organizations with whom we have a favorable funding history.
